World Hosting Central Provides Internet/World Wide
Web Web Site Hosting and E-mail Services.
Please read and understand our policies as they
are to protect the best interest of our customers as a whole.
World Hosting Central's general policy is to act as a neutral provider
of access to the global Internet.
World Hosting Central reserves the right to suspend or cancel a
customer's access to any or all services provided by World Hosting
Central when World Hosting Central decides that the account has
been inappropriately used.
If you are unsure whether any contemplated use or action is permitted,
please send an e-mail to: info@worldhostingcentral.com and we will
assist you.
Network's Specific Use Policies
1. Site Backup
World Hosting Central does perform routine backups
of the servers approximately every 15 days as a convenience only.
But, World Hosting Central advises all clients to maintain a current
backup of all site information and data. World Hosting Central is
not responsible for any site data or information loss.
2. High Resource Policy
Any site that is deemed as impairing the performance
of our servers either by high disk utilization, high bandwidth usage,
or high CPU usage will be entered into our "High Resource Customer"
program. High Resource sites are sites that use an excessive amount
of system resources such as bandwidth, storage or CPU utilization.
It is World Hosting Centrals' sole digression to decide which sites
are "High Resource" sites.
Bronze Package - Bandwidth is limited to 2 Gigs
per month of transfer which is very sufficient for many sites. Archive
storage is limited to 200 MB per web site.
Silver Package- Bandwidth is limited to 4 Gigs per
month of transfer which is very sufficient for many sites. Archive
storage is limited to 400 MB per web site.
Gold Package- Bandwidth is limited to 4 Gigs per
month of transfer which is very sufficient for many sites. Archive
storage is limited to 600 MB per web site.
Please NOTE: Only the top 1% of our customers have
ever qualified as a "High Resource Site." This High Resource
Policy goes by a case by case basis. Administration only emails
the primary account holder if their site affects World Hosting Centrals
performance. If you feel that your site my fall under this category,
then please e-mail info@worldhostingcentral.com .
Sites who have been deemed as a "High Resource"
site will be subject to the following:
World Hosting Central will charge your credit card on file a overage
fee of $.08 cents per megabyte per occurrence of our HRP or violation
of any of our rules. Plus the site in question will be shut down
immediately. Failure to collect the payment will result in a lawsuite.
3. World Hosting Central's Services May Only be
Used for Lawful Purposes
Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information,
data or material in violation of United States or state regulation
or law, or by the common law, is prohibited. This includes, but
is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade
secret, or any other statute.
World Hosting Central reserves the right to remove such illegal
material from its server immediately. World Hosting Central expressly
forbids anyone from using World Hosting Central's servers for the
propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise
handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, satanic
material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable.
The designation of any materials as such described above is left
entirely to the discretion of the World Hosting Central management.
Site Termination Due To Unlawful and/or Unethical
Use
In the event that World Hosting Central deems it
reasonable to terminate or suspend any account due to unlawful and/or
unethical use, then World Hosting Central is not liable for any
lose of site data or information. World Hosting Central strongly
advises it's clients to keep a current backup copy of all site information
and data.
4. Unlawful and/or Unethical Use
World Hosting Central does NOT allow sites that
provide points of distribution, or links to the following types
of sites:
Adult Sites - Any erotic or pornographic material,
links to adults sites, or advertisements for adult sites.
Pirated Software (Warez) - Any software that is copyrighted and
not freely available for distribution without cost. Including: ROMs,
ROM Emulators and Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3).
Hacking / Phreaking - Includes sites with material, links, or resources
for Hacking, Phreaking, Viruses, Anarchy, or any type of site that
promotes the destruction or compromises the integrity of World Hosting
Central.
5. E-Mail Policy
World Hosting Central strictly prohibits harassment,
whether through language, frequency, or size of messages. Forging
of header information is not permitted.
World Hosting Central does not allow unsolicited mail. This includes
"Spamming" and "Bulk Mail" sent to persons who
have otherwise not requested to receive such mail. The reason for
this is that not only is it generally frowned upon by the internet
community, but it also demands extra bandwidth to handle the effects
of such mail.
6. World Hosting Central's Services are Intended for the End User
Only
Customers cannot sublease, subhost, or give away
control of any portion of World Hosting Central's resources. For
customers who do wish to sublease web space, World Hosting Central
offers a very competitive resale program.
7. Payment Policies
1. All accounts sent on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
will not being the setup process until Monday.
2. All credit card signup's must return the Credit Card authorization
form within 24 hours of the signup submission.
3. In some cases if a problem arises with the account, the user
will be notified via e-mail.
4. All accounts are set up within 24 to 48 business hours upon receipt
of full payment.
5. All new accounts are prorated to the first day of the next billing
cycle which lands on the first day of the month.
6. Payment is due on the 1st day of each payment period.
7. If within the first ten (10) days of account activation, a full
refund minus the setup fees will be credited to credit card on file.
8. If users signup a domain account and that domain is already owned
by somebody else, World Hosting Central will contact the primary
contact and request a new domain.
9. All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Setup fees are charged
for all new accounts and major account changes and are non-refundable.
10. World Hosting Central reserves the right to change prices at
any time.
11. Any cancellations or modifications in services included in a
Special invalidates the Special price. Payment is due each anniversary
month or period following the date the account was established.
12. Credit card orders that are on a 'quarterly' and 'yearly' basis
will be charged automatically to the card number on file. If for
any reason the card does not clear with the bank on three attempts,
the account is subject to suspension. Any account not brought current
within a week of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any
way is subject to suspension. If a bank 'charge back' is processed
against our account, the account in question will be terminated
immediately.
13. Service fees do accrue during any period of suspension.
14. No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. Invoices
for those customers who pay by check will be sent via e-mail 3-4
weeks before payment is due.
15. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account
from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies
World Hosting Central in writing for a request for termination of
services. Checks returned unpaid (NSF) will be assessed a $20 charge.
All payment is in U.S. currency.
16. All payments must be in U.S. currency. For a currency conversion

Credit Card Orders
The customer is responsible to keep credit card
on file up to date which includes the expiration date, and sufficient
funds to cover account fees. All credit cards run though merchant
account and are declined and suspended or terminated for any reason
are charged a $20 reactivation fee.
World Hosting Central accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover.
Credit card orders will be set up within 24 to 48 hrs. Accounts
will be automatically billed, on a quarterly, or yearly basis, to
the card number on file unless notified otherwise.
E-Mail notification may at World Hosting Central's discretion be
sent 5 days prior to payment due date. All credit card payments
will be billed on the 26th of the month due, the email notification
is solely a courtesy email.
In the event the credit card does not clear with the bank, the customer
will be notified by e-mail.
Past due accounts that are not brought current within 5 days of
the e-mail notice are subject to suspension.
After 5 days, past due accounts will receive a second notice via
e-mail, if the account has not been brought current after 10 days
of the second notice being sent and no attempt on the Clients part
has been made to make payment arrangements with World Hosting Central,
the account will be terminated.
Check or Money Orders
Check or money order orders will be set up within
2 to 3 business day upon receipt of payment.
E-Mail notification will be sent 10 days prior to payment due date.
Checks returned unpaid (NSF) will be accessed $35.00 service charge.
Accounts paid by Check and are returned NSF are immediately suspended
until user updates account with a valid credit card or the user
pays via Money Order.
Past due accounts that are not brought current within 5 days of
the e-mail notice are subject to suspension.
After 5 days, past due accounts will receive a second notice via
e-mail, if the account has not been brought current after 10 days
of the second notice being sent and no attempt on the Clients part
has been made to make payment arrangements with World Hosting Central,
the account will be terminated.
Non-Payment Account Termination and Site Suspension
In the event that World Hosting Central deems it reasonable to terminate
or suspend any account due to non payment, then World Hosting Central
is not liable for any lose of site data or information. World Hosting
Central strongly advises it's clients to keep a current backup copy
of all site information and data.
8. Refund Policy / Termination Policy
World Hosting Central reserves the right to cancel
service at any time.
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be forfeited. No Exceptions!
9. Disclaimer
World Hosting Central will not be responsible for
any damages your business may suffer. World Hosting Central makes
no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we
provide. World Hosting Central disclaims any warranty or merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data
resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and
all service interruptions caused by World Hosting Central and its
employees. If user decides to bring any legal proceedings against
World Hosting Central, user will occur all legal fees and court
cost's.
World Hosting Central furthermore expects that its subscribers who
provide Internet services to others will comply fully with all applicable
laws concerning the privacy of on-line communications. A subscriber's
failure to comply with those laws will violate World Hosting Central
policy. Finally, World Hosting Central wishes to emphasize that
in accepting services, subscribers indemnify World Hosting Central
for any violation of the subscriber of the Services Agreement, or
of law or World Hosting Central policy, that results in loss to
World Hosting Central or the bringing of any claim against World
Hosting Central. This means that if World Hosting Central is sued
because of activities of the subscriber that violate any law, the
Services Agreement or this policy (which is part of the Services
Agreement), the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against
World Hosting Central, plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
World Hosting Central reserves the right to revise
its policies at any time without prior notification. |
